Philosophy

 

• I believe coaches/consultants/counselors should be educational leaders with love and passion for clients. 

 

• I believe coaches/consultants/counselors should be advocates for every client, equipping them with as many tools that will assist them with academics, career choices, decision-making, personal identity, self-worth, and other areas to empower them to succeed. 

 

• I believe coaches/consultants/counselors must stay abreast of current changes within the profession by attending educational workshops, continuing educational classes, and reading professional journals.

 

• I believe all clients are unique individuals who should be encouraged to look within to find their inner beauty, strength, skills, and gifts.
